1. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of our hosting services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep this information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our hosting services must only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to host, transmit, or publish any material that:

• Violates any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Contains malware, viruses, web shells, or harmful backdoor scripts.
• Engages in unauthorized crypto mining, scanning, or DDoS operations.

3. Fees, Payments, and Renewals

All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled via your control panel or by contacting our billing department. VastNode reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if invoice payments are overdue.

4. Limitation of Liability

VastNode provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we guarantee a 99.99% uptime, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, downtime, or service disruptions. It is the client's ultimate responsibility to maintain offsite backups.
