What is Eligible for Refund
Refunds apply primarily to setup fees and base monthly/annual services for the following products:
- Starter, Plus, Pro, and Business Shared/WordPress plans.
- Cloud Hosting packages (within the initial 30 days).
Non-Refundable Services
Certain add-ons and advanced resources cannot be refunded under any circumstances due to non-recoverable partner costs:
